Primarily transactional matters, including but not limited to, formation and continuing representation of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies; drafting and negotiation of all types of business agreements, including purchase and sale, licensing, manufacturing, distribution, development, mergers and acquisitions, leases, financing documents; real estate acquisition, leasing and development; business litigation.

Offices located in the Little Tokyo area of Los Angeles and practice is weighted towards representation on Japanese businesses in all aspects of their needs, and on Pacific Rim agreements between entities in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, China and the United States.

During 28 years of practice, has negotiated and closed numerous transactions well in excess of $20 million, both domestically and internationally.

Personal interests include travel, reading, woodworking and gardening.
