Export Development Canada has announced a recent financing package to TRUE Hockey, owned by W. Graeme Roustan.
“We’re proud to support a Canadian hockey enterprise on home ice,” read an EDC statement.
“(The package) will strengthen True Hockey’s ability to scale operations, invest in growth and expand its “mass customization” model – bringing elite-level, made-to-measure gear to athletes at every level.
“With a strong track record of innovation across the TRUE family of brands like the headquarters in Ontario, Lefevre goalie gear facility in Montreal and Scott Van Horne custom skate facility in Winnipeg, this transaction highlights the strength of Canadian expertise in advanced manufacturing and global sports markets.
