W. Graeme Roustan travelled from Switzerland to Victoria, British Columbia to attend the Memorial Cup, the 106th Canadian Hockey League championship.
Roustan is a member of the Memorial Cup Selection Committee which awarded the tournament to Kelowna in 2024.
He was treated to a game and dinner by two longtime friends, CHL President Dan MacKenzie and Dan Near, commissioner of the Western Hockey League (WHL).
“For 40 years now, I have had a front row seat in the hockey industry and I love having so many hockey friends all over the world,” said Roustan.
“And one or two opponents who chirp from the end of bench,” he added with a chuckle.
“See you at a hockey industry event soon!”
